Guided writing sprints for people with a story worth telling.
Public sprint-workshops run monthly in Auckland and on Zoom via Meetup — open to anyone. Private workshops are available for teams, schools, community groups, marae, care settings, and writing groups across Aotearoa.
Choose Your Path
Public sessions are open-enrolment via Meetup. Private bookings are arranged directly with the studio.
Zoom Sprint Workshops
The same guided sprint format, open to writers anywhere in Aotearoa and internationally. Join live from wherever you write.
The Sprint Format
A typical two-hour session — structured, timed, and deliberately simple.
Brief introductions, prompt framing, and a warm-up exercise to get words moving.
Five timed 10-minute writing bursts, each opened with a short prompt. You follow where it leads.
A short pause to stretch, breathe, and let the writing settle.
Opt-in sharing of a passage. The group listens without critique — just attention.
What surfaced, what to carry forward, and next steps for your writing practice.
