$350 + GST

4-workshop bundle
$1,200 + GST
Save $200, plus a free beta/feedback service

Custom programmes, travel, larger groups, specialist preparation, and sessions longer than two hours can be quoted separately.


The Sprint Format

A typical two-hour session — structured, timed, and deliberately simple.

Brief introductions, prompt framing, and a warm-up exercise to get words moving.

Sprints 1–5Five focused sprints

Five timed 10-minute writing bursts, each opened with a short prompt. You follow where it leads.

BreakReset

A short pause to stretch, breathe, and let the writing settle.

ShareReading aloud

Opt-in sharing of a passage. The group listens without critique — just attention.

Wrap-UpClosing reflection

What surfaced, what to carry forward, and next steps for your writing practice.

The Facilitator

Kauri has 15+ years of storytelling experience across television, film, creative development, and public-sector programme work — and is currently completing an action-fantasy novel set in classical Polynesia.
